Henderson Global Investors is set to launch the Henderson Horizon Pan European Property Equities Alpha Plus Fund.
It will be an equitised long/short pan-European property equities fund that will feature in its offshore Horizon Luxembourg SICAV range. It will be a best ideas portfolio.
Meanwhile, Rutley Capital Partners is launching a new India fund which will invest mainly in Indian residential property.
