Hibernia REIT has prelet 27,500 sq ft at its refurbished Commerzbank House in Dublin to Hubspot Ireland.
The sales and marketing software provider will pay about £32 per sq ft on a 20-year lease, after receiving six months free when it relocates in December.
Commerzbank House comprises 55,000 sq ft of office accommodation and is undergoing a refurbishment to bring it up to grade-A standard. Works are due to be completed in early 2016.
The building has been rebranded as One Dockland Central as part of the refurbishment.
