Atlantis Highams has appointed Henshall & Partners to sell its £30m scheme in Highams Park, Chingford, E4, for offers over £7.5m.
The 0.68-acre site located on 480-502 Larkshall Road has planning approval for the demolition of the existing four self-contained office buildings arranged over ground and first floors and a 43-space car park.
The proposed plans in appeal include the potential for the site to be redeveloped into a part-five, part seven-storey building providing 68 one to three-bedroom homes and 5,000 sq ft of commercial space.
The London Borough of Waltham Forest has issued a resolution to grant planning permission for the scheme.
The scheme is attributed entirely to private housing and also consists of a new public train station entrance.
The station entrance is to be delivered as part of the planning permission and will be built in shell and core condition. The developer will have an obligation to pay £125,000 towards creating it.
TfL will then be responsible for all other costs including the fit-out.
