Highcross buys Titchfield Park industrial estate

Highcross has acquired Titchfield Park industrial estate in Fareham, Hampshire, for just over £6m – an 8.2% yield.

The 121,690 sq ft estate, comprising five units, was sold by Hughes Ellard on behalf of the Greater Manchester Pension Fund. Capita Symonds advised Highcross.

Current occupiers include glass merchant Nicholls & Clarke and aircraft avionics manufacturer Meggitt Avionics.

Russell Mogridge, business space director at Hughes Ellard, said: “This is one of the largest industrial investment deals of its kind in Hampshire in recent years.”
