Global jeweller Thomas Sabo and international fashion retailer Khaadi will mark their debut in Leicester at Hammerson’s Highcross shopping centre.
Thomas Sabo has signed up for a 1,065 sq ft unit, while Pakistani multinational fashion retailer Khaadi has taken a 2,310 sq ft store – both on 10-year leases. Rents were not disclosed.
The two new lettings will join the 4.4m sq ft scheme’s anchor tenants John Lewis, Debenhams, House of Fraser and Showcase Cinema de Lux.
The scheme has 135 tenants that generate an annual passing rent of £29.9m. Based on Shires Lane in the city centre, Highcross has an occupancy rate of 96.7%.
