Highcross specs Kent office schemes

Fund manager Highcross is to develop two speculative office schemes in Kent, totalling 325,000 sq ft. Watermark Kent, a 275,000 sq ft office campus on an 18-acre site at Sittingbourne, received outline planning permission on Tuesday. The scheme will be built with Cantium Developments. Quoting rents will be £16-17 per sq ft. Atisreal and Harrisons are advising. At the 4-acre Colas site in Tonbridge, Highcross is to build a 50,000 sq ft commercial complex, with Graftongate Developments. A masterplan will be submitted in the spring.
