Fund manager Highcross has bought the 83,500 sq ft Deva Centre office building in Salford, greater Manchester, from Benmore for £10.4m.
The scheme is a refurbishment of former brewery buildings, plus a new development consisting of 17 office units. Occupiers include Handelsbanken and Late Rooms.
Highcross director Richard Pellatt said: “The scheme offers strong potential for us to add value via our intensive approach to asset management. We also plan to raise its profile and enhance pedestrian links to the central business district.”
