Asset management platform Hightower has appointed Eoin Condren as head of commercial operations for Europe.
Based in the UK office, Condren will lead the team responsible for introducing Hightower’s software to the UK real estate market.
He was previously a vice president at WP Carey, where he sourced assets for value-added platforms across Europe, ranging from student housing to retail warehousing. Prior to that he worked at London-based real estate private equity firm Brandeaux, and has experience in the energy private equity sector in New York.
Condren said: “Commercial real estate is one of the largest asset classes in the world, and yet in most cases companies function with outdated systems. I’ve seen teams spend far too long sifting through messy data.
