Hillgrove Developments has unveiled plans for a 2,787 sq m (30,000 sq ft) leisure scheme on the Regent Road Industrial Estate, west of Manchester’s city centre.
The 1.09 ha (2.7 acre) former brewery estate, located on the A57 opposite the Regent Retail Park and Sainsburys, is multi-let on short leases.
Joint letting agents De Havillands and Healey & Baker are looking for pre-lets for units comprising a restaurant, a pub diner and a drive-thru restaurant. De Havillands advised Hillgrove on the purchase.
