Hillier Parker moves ‘high-profile’ agent

One of the industry’s high-profile retail agents, Hillier Parker’s Jenefer Greenwood, has moved off the firm’s executive committee.

Greenwood was joint head of HP’s management and retail division alongside Rupert Stanbury, a post which gave her a seat at board level. But Stanbury has assumed sole responsibility for the division, which means Greenwood is off the board. She is carrying on as head of agency and development, reporting to Stanbury. Greenwood was also in charge of lettings at Friends’ Provident’s Castle Mall in Norwich.

Managing director Rod Grant said that Greenwood’s new role away from the board was not a demotion.

“The decision was made to enable Jenefer to concentrate on some very major instructions like Bluewater Park and we felt it was too much for her to cope with a managerial role as well,” he said.
