Hilton Group is expected to announce plans to return £3.8bn to investors this week as it details its future strategy.
The leisure giant, which announced the sale of its hotel division to American group Hilton Hotels Corporation in December, will be involved solely in bookmaking and change its name to Ladbrokes the name it last went under in 1999.
