Merseyside-based HIMOR Group has bought the 71,530 sq ft Ship Canal House in Manchester from Catalyst Capital for £22.9m – a 6.7% yield.
The building is multilet to tenants including Fortis Bank, CLB Coopers and Liverpool Victoria.
It is only the fourth time that the building has been sold in its 100-year history.
