Hines has made two new appointments in its Hines European Core Fund team.
David Pinguelo (pictured) has joined as London-based deputy fund manager. He moves from Tishman Speyer, where he spent the past decade and where he was most recently portfolio manager of the European Core Fund.
Davide Carnevale, a Hines analyst based in Italy, has moved to join the London team.
Simone Pozzato, fund manager for the Hines European Core Fund, said the hires were part of the team’s “clear ambition” to grow the fund across Europe.
The fund’s latest acquisitions include a logistics site in Copenhagen, its first build-to-rent project in France, and the second phase of the Chatham & King mixed-use portfolio in Dublin.
