Hines has appointed Ross Blair as managing director of the UK office, replacing Jay Wyper, who is returning to the US to take a senior role at the company’s Dallas, Texas headquarters.
Blair will be responsible for driving all aspects of the business in the UK and reports to Hines CEO for Europe, Michael Topham.
Having worked for Hines since 2003, Blair was previously a director responsible for investment activities in the UK. He has also served as project officer for assets in the firm’s pan-European Core Fund, European Value Added Fund, European Development Fund II and its Global REIT.
