Hines, on behalf of its Hines Global Income Trust, has completed its sale of Bishop’s Square in Dublin to GILL Real Estate Partners for around €180m (£158m).

Hines acquired the property in 2015 and subsequently upgraded it, including the addition of a further 27,000 sq ft.
The 180,000 sq ft building is fully let with a weighted average lease term of 11 years.
Janice Walker, senior managing director and chief operating officer at Hines Global, said: “The completion of this transaction in the current environment is further testament to the high quality of the asset and the fortitude of Hines’ local Irish team.”
