Hines Real Estate Investment Trust will sell seven US office buildings to an affiliate of Blackstone Real Estate Investment Partners VIII as part of the REIT’s liquidation process.
The buildings are being sold for $1.16bn. The sale is subject to the liquidation plan being approved by shareholders.
