Hines Diagonal Mar project is to house an Alcampo hypermarket and an AMC multiscreen cinema. The centre will also be home to a four or five star hotel, numerous offices, a residential area of 1,634 homes, which is to be constructed in six phases.
Diagonal Mar is Hiness only project in Spain and the company has invested a total of €601m (Pts100bn) Additionally, Hines has set up a deal with German company Despa, which will invest more than €180.31 million (Pts30bn) in the complex once it is open and let.
