The 13th century Fallapit Estate in Devon is among 59 properties to be added to Nama’s most recent enforcement list.
The last National Asset Management Agency list includes 59 properties which were added in February.
Fallapit is the only mainland British asset in the latest list, but nine Northern Irish assets are included, with the remainder from the Republic of Ireland.
The properties to which receivers were appointed during February include a mix of residential, development, commercial and agricultural assets.
The total number of properties subject to enforcement action by the agency now totals 1,169, some of which are multiple properties such as apartment blocks.
Nama said properties that are listed as “not for sale at present” will be offered for sale by the relevant receiver as soon as is practicable and in line with the agency’s strategy.
