H&M signs at Queensgate Peterborough

Queensgate-Peterborough-THUMB.jpegH&M is to open a new 35,000 sq ft flagship store at Queensgate in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.

The fashion retailer is relocating to the premises, which is 3,000 sq ft larger than its current store, on a 21-year lease.

Hotel Chocolat is also opening a 1,400 sq ft store at the shopping centre in August on a 10-year lease.

Since Invesco bought Queensgate and Lendlease took over the asset management 18 months ago, 15 new brands totalling more than 55,000 sq ft have signed.

CBRE and Time Retail Partners acted for Queensgate; H&M was unrepresented; HDH acted for Hotel Chocolat.
