H&M has signed for a new store at Hammerson’s Elliott’s Field Retail Park in Rugby, Warwickshire.
The retailer has agreed to take a 19,000 sq ft shop at the £35m extension of the 180,000 sq ft asset.
The extension will be anchored by a 60,000 sq ft Debenhams and a 50,000 sq ft Marks & Spencer. Other tenants include River Island, Fat Face, TKMaxx, Outfit, Next, Clarks, Nando’s and Ed’s Easy Diner.
Next and Clarks have already opened. The remainder of the extension will open before the end of the year.
