Niche real estate advisory Hodes Weill has appointed Strutt & Parker senior partner Andy Martin as an advisory board member.
Martin was also formerly chairman of the Urban Land Institute’s UK district council and a former chairman of the IPF.
Martin brings experience in funding, investment, planning and development to Hodes Weill. He set up the business park index with the IPD and the Strutt & Parker IPD Lease Events Review.
