Hogan Lovells opts to stay put at City HQ
Hogan Lovells has cancelled its search for a new 350,000 sq ft London office after opting to stay in its existing City HQ.
The international law firm has decided to stay on at Deka Immobilien Investment’s Atlantic House, EC1, until its lease expiry in 2026 and undertake a refurbishment of the workspace.
It comes after the firm instructed Cushman & Wakefield in September to find it a new London office to consolidate its three existing City offices into one.

Hogan Lovells said it is considering options for the future of its 92,100 sq ft office take-up across 21 Holborn Viaduct, EC1 and Meridian House, EC4.
Susan Bright, Hogan Lovells’ regional managing partner for London, said: “After looking at a number of options in the market and having had positive discussions with our landlord, Deka Immobilien Investment, we have decided to remain in Atlantic House until our lease expiry in 2026, during which time we plan to undertake a refurbishment to ensure the space best meets the future needs of our business.”
