Hollis has agreed terms to relocate its two London offices to one City headquarters.
The new lease with Endurance Land, a member of Nan Fung Group, will see Hollis take 9,925 sq ft of grade-A office space at 138 Cheapside, EC2. Rents in the building, according to EG Radius, are around £64 per sq ft.
The move, which is expected to be completed in March 2025, will see the employee-owned business bring together its two current London bases in Battersea and the City to create a new head office.

The move, which is expected to be completed in March 2025, will see the employee-owned business bring together its two current London bases in Battersea and the City to create a new head office.
The consultancy currently occupies around 5,500 sq ft at Battersea Studios, SW8, and space at 120 Aldersgate, EC1.Ahead of moving into its new space, Hollis will be undertaking a sustainability-focused fit-out, targeting BREEAM Excellent certification.
The relocation comes as the firm moves into the next phase of its development, with an ambitious five-year plan to achieve £100m growth.
