Hollister enters Belfast

  US fashion chain Hollister is to make its Northern Irish debut at Multi Development’s Victoria Square in Belfast.   The brand, owned by US retailer Abercrombie & Fitch, has secured a 8,200 sq ft shop at the 850,000 sq ft shopping centre.   Hollister will join tenants, including Ted Baker, Reiss, Firetrap, All Saints and Urban Outfitters as well as recently-signed shoe retailer Kurt Geiger and denim brand J Four.   Stuart Harris, director of UK leasing at Multi , said: “The scheme has hugely benefited from trade from southern Ireland due to the strength of the Euro against the Pound and this will be another strong pull.”   DTZ and Savills advised Multi Development; NB Real Estate advised Hollister.   Annabel.dixon@rbi.co.uk
