Hollybrook has filed plans for Neasden Goods Yard, NW10, a residential-led mixed-use scheme comprising 1,151 build-to-rent, private sale and affordable homes, 604 student beds, and 125,000 sq ft of industrial space.
The plans submitted to the London Borough of Brent include five towers of up to 51 storeys.
The Allies & Morrison-designed proposal includes a site management suite, residential amenities, cycle stores, parcel rooms and shops at ground and upper ground floor level, alongside a large community centre.
The 4.3-acre Neasden Goods Yard site is primarily used as an industrial space including metal recycling, skip hire services, concrete supply company, and a car dealer.
There are numerous corrugated metal warehouse-type single and two-storey buildings in use by these individual companies, as well as railings and sleeper walls to divide up the site.
