Holm of Grimbister, an island in the Orkneys with only three inhabitants, is being offered for sale for the first time in 20 years.
Its owners are asking for offers over £300,000.
Savills is marketing the island. The price includes a one-bedroom cottage, various outbuildings and 40 acres of land.
