Holyoake seeks documents from Savills over property valuation in Candy case

Savills is facing an accusation of breach of confidentiality in a case involving the Candy brothers and a former business associate, Mark Holyoake.

Holyoake has asked the high court for documents to be disclosed regarding the valuation of a property owned by him in Ibiza – Casa Campanilla.

During the case, which ended earlier this year but on which no verdict has yet been released, both Nicholas and Christian Candy said they had seen the valuation. Christian Candy, when questioned, acknowledged it was plainly a confidential document.
