Liberty Property Trust and Kent county council have got the green light for 635 homes at Kings Hill.
The plans, approved by Tonbridge and Malling borough council, are for the latest phase of a wider garden village that has already delivered 2,750 homes and 800,000 sq ft of offices.
Kings Hill is is set in 800 acres near Maidstone.
