Homes in the 20 most popular areas in England and Wales among young professionals are commanding a more than £71,000 premium, analysis by Lloyds Bank shows.
Properties in one of these areas cost an average of £735,874, a premium of around 13% compared with homes in surrounding areas.
The most popular area is the BN3 postcode in Hove, while 16 of the top 20 locations are in London.
