Homes planned for St Luke’s site

St-Lukes-resi-scheme-THUMB.jpegHanover and house builder Hill have formed a joint venture to deliver 161 homes on the six-acre former St Luke’s Hospital site in Muswell Hill, north London.

Some 70% of the homes will be for people over the age of 55; the remainder will comprise a co-housing community, family homes and affordable housing. The homes are expected to be available from the spring of 2017.

The scheme will be Hanover’s biggest single development.

Andy Hill, chief executive of Hill, said: “This diverse and particularly innovative development will start to address the acute housing shortage in this area, helping a broad spectrum of local residents, as well as revitalising a local landmark.”
