Home assistance provider HomeServe has taken 30,000 sq ft at Rushcliffe Developments’ Aspect House in Nottingham.
It will accommodate its 350 Nottingham-based staff as well as a new training centre, and means the office on Aspect Business Park is now fully occupied.
Craig Straw, director at Innes England, said: “Nottingham continues to be a city which attracts interest from nationwide businesses looking to grow.
“This deal is great news for the city and the East Midlands as it has helped to secure a considerable number of jobs in the city.”
Innes England advised Rushcliffe Developments; James Ottewell of Alexander Bruce represented the tenant.
