HUB has begun sales at its £305m Hoola development in Royal Victoria Dock, E16.
The 360-apartment scheme, designed by CZWG Architects and comprising a 23- and 24-storey tower, is due to complete in the fourth quarter of 2016.
Prices for studio apartments start at £359,000 with three-bedroom units costing up to £940,000.
The scheme was developed by Hoola and the flats forward bought by investors brought in by Strawberry Star, which are now selling them on.
The scheme is located on the gateway to ABP’s 35-acre Royal Albert Dock scheme.
