Austin Reed have signed their lease in 37-39 Bond Street, Leeds, to Horne Brothers at a passing rent of £117,000 pa and a premium of over £200,000.
The transaction follows Austin Reed’s move to the former YMCA development on Albion Street, Leeds, which they took at £80,000 pa.
Dacre Son & Hartley acted for Hornes, while Austin Reed were represented by Hillier Parker.
