A site with consent for 69 flats in Hornsey, north London, has been put for sale for £12m.
Cross Lane is being marketed with vacant possession. The 0.8-acre site currently consists of a number of commercial units.
Daniel Ward, residential development partner at Knight Frank, which is acting for the vendor, said: “This site will directly benefit from the ongoing regeneration of the immediate area, which has turned it into an established residential location.
“It offers a significant opportunity for a buyer to enhance the existing planning permission while benefitting from the current income, but still with the flexibility of vacant possession at a month’s notice.”
