A monument to Victorian England’s obsession with exercise and cleanliness is at the centre of a plan to regenerate a run-down area of north London.
Developer Chancerygate has been selected by the London Borough of Islington to redevelop the Hornsey Road Baths.
The proposal includes a theatre, community centre, nursery and affordable housing.
