Private investor syndicator Hotbed has acquired Wharf House in Tonbridge, Kent, for £2.8m – a 7.1% yield.
The 13,800 sq ft office building will be let to West Kent Primary Care Trust on a 15.5-year lease, with a break at 10.5 years.
Marle Place Property represented the vendor; Goodall Investments acted for Hotbed.
