Ascot Authority, the holding company for the Ascot racecourse, is looking at new capital expenditure projects, including possibly a luxury hotel.
Chief executive Guy Henderson described the possibility of a hotel as a game-changer, but said the company could not afford it at the moment. It is something that might be done with a partner, he said.
