Hotelier signs up while Cisco expands at Slough’s Brussels park

Slough Estates has unveiled two new deals at its 200,000 sq m (2.15m sq ft) Pegasus Park scheme, next to Zaventem Airport in Brussels.

Cisco Systems has taken a prelet on an 8,700 sq m (93,650 sq ft) office building, increasing the US internet company’s space at the park to over 23,800 sq m (256,189 sq ft). The firm has also taken an option on a fourth building.

Slough has also signed international hotel firm Golden Tulip Krasnapolsky, for a 4-star, 232-bed hotel.
