Hoteliers are lining up to invest in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Hilton is building the city centre’s first five-star hotel which officially opens next month at a cost of £23m.
It is in the old Laganside port area which is undergoing a similar transformation to London’s Docklands.
Holiday Inn Express and the Stakis Park, are other new properties. The McCausland Hotel is scheduled to open this autumn.
