Hotelplan UK has signed a lease for Legal & General Property’s 20,721 sq ft Friary House in Godalming, Surrey.
The company will take the three-floor building on a 15-year lease, at a rent of £18.40 per sq ft.
Hotelplan is consolidating its Putney and Fleet, Hants subsidiaries Inghams Travel and Espirit Holidays into the Station Road building.
