Baker Tilly is seeking buyers for three hotels in the North West after being appointed as administrator to Venture Hotel Group.
The properties are The Paddington House Hotel in Warrington, Monton House Hotel in Salford and the Comfort Inn in Chester. Each is being sold as a going concern.
Russell Cash, joint administrator of the company and North West Restructuring& Recovery partner at Baker Tilly, said: “Upon appointment, our focus has been to ensure trading can continue over the festive period and into the New Year while discussions are progressed with interested parties.
“While the regional hospitality sector remains challenging, we will do our utmost to ensure the best possible outcome for all concerned, and are hopeful that we will be able to achieve going concern sales of each of the hotels.”
