Administrators at Chantrey Vellacott DFK have set a first offer date for the four-star Crowne Plaza London Ealing and Holiday Inn Bromsgrove.
Offers for the 131-bedroom hotel on Western Avenue, Ealing, W5, and the 110-room Bromsgrove hotel in Worcestershire should be made by 12 noon on Friday 14 February 2014.
The two four-star hotels were brought to the market earlier this month for a combined £21m. Both operate under leading global franchise agreements with InterContinental Hotels Group.
Christie + Co is acting for the administrators.
