Footwear retailer Hotter Shoes has opened its first Welsh store in St David’s in Cardiff, the centre jointly owned by Capital Shopping Centres and Land Securities.
Hotter Shoes has taken a 2,800 sq ft store at 17 Cathedral Walk close to Marks & Spencer and Swarovski.
The St David’s store is the second Hotter Shoes shop in the CSC portfolio after a letting at Eldon Square in Newcastle earlier this year.
E J Hales, Lunson Mitchenall and Cushman & Wakefield are the letting agents for St David’s; Savills represented Hotter Shoes.
