The House of Commons has appointed Avison Young to advise on property and estate management matters across the parliamentary estate, following a competitive tender.
Avison Young will provide its services as part of a multi-year mandate under the Crown Commercial Services framework.
Those services will include commercial real estate advice, property business cases, feasibility studies, acquisitions and disposals, rent reviews, lease advice, dilapidations, rating, valuation, planning, CPO and condition surveys.
