Kraft has conditionally agreed to sell a former Cadbury’s factory in Bristol to Taylor Wimpey for £35m, reports The Times.
The agreement with the housebuilder for the Somerdale plant is thought to be conditional upon planning permission for mixed-use redevelopment of the 220-acre site.
