Two housing associations are among the top 50 best workplaces in the UK, according to the latest league table produced by Great Place to Work Institute UK.
They are London & Quadrant Housing Trust and Taff Housing Association in 37th and 45th place respectively.
London & Quadrant provides year-long career breaks and spends £1,100 on training for each worker. Some 15% of Taff’s workforce is from ethnic minorities. It provides placements for refugees to gain work experience.
