Housing associations facing complaints over new-builds

Housing associations with some 175,000 homes are facing complaints about new homes on developments in London, an investigation by The Guardian reveals.

Issues include damp and mould, as well as tenants being without heating and hot water.

The Guardian’s investigation found problems at Catalyst, One Housing Group, Notting Hill Housing, Sanctuary and Wandle housing associations.
