Social housing is in fashion again and Theresa May wants to be the person to build those houses.
The Prime Minister is offering £2bn over 10 years to build new homes for rent, making this the second housing scheme she has announced since she came to power.
Each scheme aims to deliver around 50,000 new homes. Close to £600m has been dished out already, which she said should create 15,000 homes.
