Cambridge-based investor and developer Howard Group has appointed Huw Jones as finance director.
Huw joins from JP Morgan, where he spent seven years in the bank’s private equity and real estate fund services business. He replaces Tom Amies, who left at the end of last year to take up a chief financial officer role in the pharmaceutical industry.
Nicholas Bewes, Howard Group’s chief executive, said: “This important appointment strengthens the group’s senior management team and Huw’s considerable experience as finance director in a range of businesses will be invaluable to us.
“He joins at a time of expansion across our core business, development of new initiatives and strengthening our reputation as a major regional property developer and investor.”
