Property investor and developer Howard Group has signed two tenants for its science and technology hub in South Cambridge.
Advent Bioservices has committed to a five-year lease with an option to extend for further five years. The deal was signed for 4,120 sq ft of lab and office space on the ground floor of the Cadence building at Unity Campus. Market sources have indicated Northwest Biotherapeutics will occupy the remaining 4,312 sq ft suite on the ground floor.
